Hi all,we plan third mission for Wednesday evening.
Our primary goal in this mission is to destroy enemy factories and to defend our trains and infrastructure.
In CAP operations we make strategic to move attacked fighters on secondary location to give time to second group of fighters in CAP to clime enough and outflank hi altitude enemy fighters.
For attack we send a big group of fighters on same location like in last mission to make decoy for our bombers. We hope that this time enemy will bite our bait.
We also add code names for each flight so radar operator can do his job easily.

Bombardier DB7-Boston

Unit codename: ORANGE

Your mission for today is attack on industry in Le Havre or Le Mans, depending on situation on battlefield. Primary target is industry in Le Havre, and secondary is industry in Le Mans. Decision will make commanders: 102nd-YU-Mare or 102nd-YU-Mornar.

You will take off from Steeple Morden field. Make a formation and fly on 500m altitude in vector 225 to coastline near Weymouth. Then turn in 180 to nameless island, west of Cherbourg.Turn in approximately 150 to fly between Jersey Island and Franch coast. At Jersey island turn in 178 to nameless island north of St.Malo. When you come over that island turn in 090 and fly to paralell rivers south of Le Havre.
IN THAT POINT YOU MUST ASK FIGHTERS OVER LE HAVRE (UNITS YELLOW AND WHITE) FOR ACCTUAL SITUATION OVER LE HAVRE
1) If the sky over Le Havre is clear, then turn in vector 355 to Le Havre and attack any active factory of opportunity. Each plane have 2 drops so you can destroy 6 factories. When you finish, set your course to home (approximately 355). You can land on ANY FIELD in England.
2) If there is a fight over Le Havre, or if enemy is spotted in near, turn in 180, and attack any active factory in Le Mans. When you finish go home using the same path you came. You can land on ANY FIELD in England.

If you need, ask help from RADAR CONTROLER at any time. If you are in range he will help you

Bombardier DB7-Boston

Unit codename: RED

Your mission for today is attack on industry in Amiens or Paris, depending on situation on battlefield. Primary target is industry in Amiens, and secundary is industry in Paris. Decidion will make commanders: 102nd-YU-Mare or 102nd-YU-Mornar.

You will take off from Bassingbourn field. Make a formation and fly on 500m altitude in vector 205 to the east key of Newport island. Then turn in 180 to St.Lo.Over St.Lo proceed south (about 180-175 degrees) to the spring of St.Lo river.At the spring of St.Lo river turn in 090 to pass near the Dreux field.
IN THAT POINT YOU MUST ASK FIGHTERS OVER LE HAVRE (UNITS YELLOW AND WHITE), AND RADAR CONTROL FOR ACCTUAL POSITION OF ENEMY FIGHTERS (ESPECIALLY FW's)
1) If we know where are their fighters (especially FW's) and they are far from France and Amiens, then turn in vector 030-032 to Amiens and attack any active factory of opportunity. Each plane have 2 drops so you can destroy 6 factories. When you finish, set your course to home (first 270 to Dieppe and than 340 to home). You can land on ANY FIELD in England.
2) If we don't have any knowledge of position of enemy fighters or they are to close to France and Amiens, Then proceed in 090, and attack any active factory in Paris. Position of the factories are not defended to much by AAA, but the fields south of Paris are full of havy AAA, so be careful. Do not go south of Paris!!! When you finish go home using the same path you came.You can land on ANY FIELD in England.

If you need, ask help from RADAR CONTROLER at any time. If you are in range he will help you

Fighters Typhoon

Unit codename: WHITE

Your mission for today is agressive CAP over France between Le Havre and Dieppe. Primary goal is (togeher with Spitfires - unit codename: YELLOW) to provoce enemy fihters to engage you and with that action secure safe path for our bombers.

You will take off from Ford field. You must wait wile bombers arrive over London and than take off. Make a formation and fly to Brighton where you wil meet with Spits on altitude of flight leader's choise. When you meet the Spits, fly directly to France and performe agressive CAP between Dieppe and Le Havre (primarly Le Havre) and try to provoce enemy fighters to engage you.
When the bombers (unit ORANGE) arrive on certain point of their flight they will ask you for actuall situation over Le Havre. If the sky is clear they will turn and bomb factories in Le Havre. After that SPITS will escort bombers home and then land or help to defend England.

In that case you will fly to performe aggressive CAP over sea in front of Abbeville and block any fighters (especially FW's, which will be your primary target on this point) to fly deeper in France territory. With that action you will secure safe path for our bombers to bomb factories in Amiens.
On certain point (Dreux field) bombers (unit: RED) will ask you and radar operator for situation. If we know the position of enemy fighters and they are far enough from France and Amiens, then bombers will bomb industry in Amiens. They will go home over Dieppe, so wait for them and escort them to England. After that you are free to take a part of defending the island or to land. That will be flight leader's choice.

NOTE: 1) If the sky is not clear ove Le Havre, bomber unit ORANGE will fly on secondary target and the Spits are free to go home immediately. In that case you can fly to performe CAP in front of Abbeville at once
2) If the bombers unit RED decide not to go on Amiens you are free to go home immediately

You can land on ANY FIELD in England.

If you need, ask help from RADAR CONTROLER at any time. If you are in range he will help you

Fighters Spitfires Vb x 20

Unit codename: YELLOW

Your mission for today is aggressive CAP over France between Le Havre and Dieppe. Primary goal is (togeher with Typhoons - unit codename: WHITE) to provoke enemy fighters to engage you and with that action secure safe path for our bombers.

You will take off from Redhill field. You must wait wile bombers arrive over London and than take off. Make a formation and fly to Brighton where you will meet with Typhoons on altitude of flight leaders' choice. When you meet the Typhoons, fly directly to France and performe agressive CAP between Dieppe and Le Havre (primary Le Havre) and try to provoke enemy fighters to engage you.
When the bombers (unit ORANGE) arrive on certain point of their flight they will ask you for actually situation over Le Havre. If the sky is clear they will turn and bomb factories in Le Havre. After that you will escort bombers home and then land or help to defend England.(flight leader's choice)

If the sky is not clear over Le Havre, bomber unit ORANGE will fly on secondary target and the Spits are free to go home immediately and help in defending England or to land, or (if you have enough fuel) to help Typhoons for a wile to performe CAP in front of Abbeville, and then go home. (Flight leader's choice)

Land on Brighton field or if it is not possible you are free to land on ANY FIELD in England.

אני ויוחאי טסנו במשימה והיינו עם שני שחקני מחשב.
המכ"ם דיווח על מטוסים וזאת היתה חוויה מאוד מעניינת לפעול על פי הכוונה, ביצענו את המשימה שהיתה סיור והגנה על שני איזורים.
190 הגיעו מגובה גבוה מאוד (7) כשהיינו בגובה 4 עם ספיט והפילו שני מטוסים שמשוחקים ע"י המחשב. יוחאי ניזוק ונחת נחיתת חירום, המטוסים ברחוב חזרה לכיוון צרפת.
אני נשארתי לבד וטסתי לכיוון קרבות נמוכים 40 קילומטר ממני מדרום.
כשהגעתי לשם הופלו כל המטוסים הגרמנים באיזור הקרב והדלק כמעט נגמר, בטיסה חזרה ממש על אדי הדלק האחרונים הצלחתי לנווט ולמצוא בסיס לנחיתה והקושי היה שהבסיס הוא כולו דשא.. אין מסלול ככה שעד הנגיעה לא ידעתי אם אני הופך אף או לא.
לסיכום.. ממה שאני יודע הבריטים הפילו טייפון אחד בטעות, בקשר היה חוסר תיאום מוחלט, והמבנים התערבבו זה בזה.
מה שאני מסיק מזה למשימה הבאה שאנחנו נטוס שיותר מדי מטוסים במקום אחד זה מקסימום סכנה.
יותר מזה, שני סוגים של מטוסים מהצד שלנו מגבירים את הסכנה שתהיה הפלת עמית, זה שהפיל את הטייפון בעצם אמר "ראיתי שזה לא ספיט ויריתי" בקלות זה יכול לקרות לנו בכרימאה או במידוואי.
ודבר שני לגבי השת"פ בין המבנים נורא נורא חשוב לקבוע איזורים קבועיים כי מה שקרה שם זה שהגרמנים הגיעו מרוכזים מאיזור אחד, ואליהם התרכזו כל המבנים שלנו, מה שהביא בלאגן .
במקרה כזה להבא כדאי לקבוע גבהים ברורים של כל מבנה, וכיווני הגעה. חשוב מזה שאם מבנה מצטרף שהמבנה שבפנים יגיד יוצא.
השאיפה שצריכה להיות היא לא לערבב מבנים בקרב! כי התוצאה היא הפלות עמית והגנה על איזור אחד במקום על מספר איזורים.
